In July 2015, Berkeley obtained planning permission for 73 new homes, including 13 affordable homes.
The masterplan is focused upon Latchmere House. The site entrance is laid out around a central avenue with views of the house and formal gardens.
High quality landscaping forms an integral part of the development; including planting in the front gardens and streetscape, as well as a formal landscaped area to the west of Latchmere House.
Existing open spaces and trees will be retained, and play space will be provided on the adjacent Latchmere Close.
